This position is accountable for the promotion and growth of a broad range of technical solutions/services under the direction of the Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Director. Primarily addresses and services the needs of targeted and established accounts. Educates customers on offer and application advantages and how they meet customer's needs.
What do you get to do in this position?
Sets goals and objectives, develops sales/business and channel plans, establishes call plans and strategies, develops account profiles and executes the sales plan in conjunction with channel partners.
Identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts
Support Channel led efforts
Responsibilities include coverage and growth of secondary accounts
Work closely with area National Sales Force product sales and operations teams
Act as the SME for Schneider Services Offer for all internal and external customers
This job might be for you if have:
A 4 Year Degree or Equivalent
2-5 Years sales experience within Power Distribution or Electrical Services
Results driven and self-motivated
Effective time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and spoken
Ability to work within a sales team structure by sharing best practices and learning from others
Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customers and partners
Established contact and relationships with potential customers (Internal and external) as well as channel partners
Business and financial savvy; Financial acumen
Expected Territorial Travel: 65%
