Job Description

RPM Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Coordinator. This role will be responsible for administrative and organizational support to establish and maintain successful relator relationships for top producing loan advisors or the sales team. In addition, this individual will spearhead business development initiatives and oversee daily operations and projects.

Essential Functions

  • Manage marketing projects; partner with Regional Marketing Specialist to create new marketing materials (seminars and special event flyers) in accordance with company policy and specifications
  • Assist sales team with coordinating special events, open houses and other marketing opportunities
  • Generate market and manage realtor leads and relationships
  • Assist Loan Advisor with marketing campaigns with relators and clients
  • Update and follow up on delegated taks to ensure progress to deadlines
  • Manage, input and update client dtabase sysetms and social media platforms as needed
  • General admin tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years experience in a general administration capacity is requried
  • One ore more years expereince in marketing is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • Is a team player and takes inititiave
